Award
Description:
Presented for a publication that has been, or has strong potential
to be, instrumental to the development of theory or practice in the
field of evaluation.
The
publication may be a single article, a monograph, book, software, or
some other issuance.
The
publication may be a work of broad general interest, but it may also
be for a work that is specific to some niche application and target
audience.
This award is open to a publication in any area of evaluation
(Examples: International Development, Teaching, Non-Profit and
Foundations).
Required
Nomination Materials:
For hardcopy
submissions, five copies of each of the following materials must be
sent via landmail to the AEA office in a SINGLE package. Electronic
submissions must contain each of the following materials combined
into ONE electronic file.
Submitted materials are not returned.
Nomination Form:
Please review all
of the required nomination materials prior to completing the
Nomination Form which can be found on the Submission Instructions
page (See below).
Nomination Justification:
A statement from either the nominee or nominator justifying the
award nomination.
Letters of Support:
At least two and no more than five statements from colleagues,
focusing on the criteria for the award, and in support of the
nomination.
Supporting Documentation:
A
vita or resume for the author (maximum of 10 pages).
Five
copies of the complete publication.
If
applicable, up to 5 published reviews.
