Join us for short 20 minute webinar-based demonstrations by and for
evaluators. These are informal, fun, and a great way to learn
something new during a break from your day.
Demonstrations are free for members. Not a member but wish to

Description:
Looking for ways to visualize your evaluation data? The ManyEyes
data visualization website may be just the tool for you! Leslie
Goodyear is a Program Officer with the National Science
Foundation on loan from the Education Development Center in
Newton, MA. She'll be demonstrating the basic capabilities of
Many Eyes (http://manyeyes.alphaworks.ibm.com/manyeyes/),
a free online data visualization tool that can help to produce
representations of both qualitative and quantitative data sets.
You'll learn about the product's capabilities, see examples, and
gain enough information to determine whether to explore further
on your own given the resource links provided a the end.

Director Susan Kistler will walk you through how to prepare for
and submit a proposal to present at Evaluation 2010 including
choosing the best presentation format, preparing and focusing
your proposal, identifying an appropriate reviewing group, and
tips for success. We'll walk through an example proposal
submission form online and have an opportunity for questions as
well.
