Registration: Pre-conference registration is now closed. You may register on site at Evaluation 2009. Please arrive early and allow a half hour to register if you have not yet pre-registered. To expedite your registration, you can download and pre-complete a registration if you wish. Download onsite registration form.
Registration Desk Hours and Check-in: The registration desk will be open for registering (if not yet registered) and check-in (for those pre-registered): Monday and Tuesday, November 9-10, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Wednesday-Friday, November 11-13, 7:00 am to 6:30 pm; Saturday, November 14, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Location: All conference sessions, and the AEA Registration Desk, are located at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel at 9939 Universal Blvd, Orlando, Florida.
Shuttle: The shuttle bus schedule may be downloaded here and will also be available on site at each hotel.
