This year, the conference will be held in Anaheim, California, with conference sessions at the Hilton Anaheim. We hold room blocks at the conference headquarters hotel and some wonderful overflow properties.
Flights: For those who will be flying in, the nearest airport is John Wayne/Orange County (abbreviation SNA); however, Super Shuttle service is also available from Los Angeles International (LAX). Hotels: We are now past the cutoff date for hotel reservations within the AEA pre-reserved room blocks. If you have not yet reserved your room, we recommend the following:
1. Call: Call any of our convention hotels listed below directly and ask if they have any open rooms. These rooms will be outside of the AEA rooming block and likely will be at a significantly higher rate.
2. Search: Search hotels.com using this pre-set link and book with a hotel found there. The link is set to search for hotels near the Anaheim Convention Center. Please note that AEA's conference is not at the convention center, but rather is next door at the Hilton, but the convention center makes for a ready landmark. headquarters hotel. Guests can enjoy the Mexicana Café and Cantina, located on the

televisions. The on-site Tivoli Gardens Café serves breakfast and lunch.
Room service is offered for convenience.

from the conference headquarters hotel, about a ten minute walk. The
hotel's Gandhi Place restaurant offers a full American breakfast, Indian
lunch and dinner. They also offer an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet Monday
through Sunday. The property also features a courtyard with an outdoor pool,
spa tub, outdoor shower, and sauna. The fitness center is a short distance
from the courtyard and pool area.
Guest rooms offer desks and chairs, clock radios, multi-line phones, refrigerators, microwaves, laptop-compatible in-room safes, and coffee/tea makers.
