AEA GOVERNANCE POLICIES
FEEDBACK The AEA Governance Policies are a working document that guides the association through identifying the long-term goals that we wish to achieve as well as establishing the expectations for the Executive Director and the Board itself. The Policies are a work in progress. As of November 2009, the Board just completed the first full draft, establishing a starting point for action as well as for refinement and revision. We've posted our policies online and welcome member thoughts and feedback at any time. In particular, we hope you will share your thoughts with us about the goals policies - tell us if you think these policies represent the long-term goals you hope AEA strives for. Member feedback will be compiled and shared on an ongoing basis with the Board for their use in decision-making and strategic planning.
