| Abstract: In development and use for over ten years, You Get What You Measure™ provides a framework for helping organizations direct action toward measurable goals. By recognizing the importance of values in group work, You Get What You Measure« creates a culture of value-driven group learning. Through You Get What You Measure™, participants explore in detail the connections between goals and indicators, learn how to identify key leverage indicators, examine key assumptions, design measures, and use measurement plans to get to action. By implementing measurement plans and revisiting measurement results on a regular basis, organizations can test key assumptions about how or whether specific actions affect progress towards their goals. You Get What You Measure™ incorporates strategic planning and evaluation in one effective and efficient process that incorporates systems thinking and emphasizes learning through measurement. |
