| Abstract:
The University of Wyoming's Survey & Analysis Center (WYSAC) integrated a variety of assessments to evaluate Wyoming's Tobacco Prevention and Control Program and its components. This panel will focus on how WYSAC combined the assessments to create a comprehensive statewide evaluation. Specifically, the panel will discuss the following topics: the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to the establishment of smoke-free environments in Wyoming; the administration of surveys to measure attitudes concerning tobacco-related policies; and the surveillance of Wyoming's tobacco consumption and prevalence. Ultimately, the panel will elaborate on how WYSAC incorporated these various evaluation components to create a comprehensive statewide evaluation that provides useful information for individual communities and state government.
