| Abstract: This session will provide practical strategies to increase utilization of evaluation results, promote program improvement, and help develop strategic vision among a variety of stakeholders. Innovative formats tailored to the diverse information needs of various stakeholder groups will be shared with participants, providing techniques for determining which format best meets stakeholder needs. Participants will be provided with examples used in external evaluation work with small programs and organizations as well as statewide coalitions and initiatives. In addition, participants will be provided with an opportunity to consider and develop alternative reporting strategies for their current projects. |
