| Abstract: We propose to deliver a workshop in which participants who have little experience of publishing in a peer-refereed journal are provided a basic introduction to the process of publishing in AJE. In the session, we will detail the procedural aspects of submitting a manuscript. Most of our time, however, will be spent on teaching participants, using examples, the key steps to writing a professional article and responding to editors and reviewers' comments. Working in small groups, the journals' editorial leadership and members of its Editorial Advisory Board will lead small groups on the specific issues and questions that participants may have about the journal article writing process. |
