| Abstract: This demonstration session will provide participants with a training outline for each day of the intensive North Carolina Cooperative Extension Program Development Institute. The development, organization and structuring of the institute will be discussed. A list of teaching tools that were used each day of the institute will also be shared. Finally, the use of some of the tools found to be most effective will be demonstrated. Participant will have the opportunity to ask the presenter about logistical questions that could aid them in implementing a similar training in their state. Extension Evaluators and Specialists charged with providing training on program development will find this session to be informative. |
