| Abstract: Situations characterized by complex nonlinear dynamics pose special challenges for evaluation. We have made great progress in identifying the conditions and situations that constitute complexity, but how to conduct evaluations under such conditions is a matter still very much emergent (as is appropriate). This Think Tank will engage participants in thinking about the implications for tools and methods of complex evaluation situations. |
