Abstract: This 90-minute demonstration will provide attendees with practical guidelines for engaging a broad range of stakeholders in the evaluation process, from conceptualizing the evaluation plan to making use of evaluation findings. Session attendees will be given specific and tested examples of: - Gauging and broadening stakeholders' understanding of the purpose, value, and process of evaluation - Actively involving stakeholders in the identification of conclusions and recommendations - Increasing the readability of reports
