| Abstract: A driver would be at a loss if not for the valuable information imparted by his car's dashboard. Many nonprofit managers, without easy access to information about their organization's performance, find themselves feeling like a dashboard-less driver. Performance dashboards, popularized by knowledge managers and CIOs, are a natural ally for evaluators and provide a quick and efficient way for managers to gauge the performance of a specific program or an entire organization. This session will walk through the process of planning for and developing a performance dashboard and will spotlight two different dashboards created for nonprofit organizations. |
