| Abstract: Public and private funders of Extension have increased accountability expectations for program impact which in turn increases the need to build evaluation capacity throughout the organization. Volunteers, a strength of Cooperative Extension are a great resource for measuring the impact of Extension programs and sharing the impact of Extension work. This round table provides a curriculum for training Extension volunteers in program evaluation to extend the evaluation capacity and thinking in the organization. Participants will be asked to share their thoughts and practice about volunteers as evaluators. |
