| Abstract: The Local Affiliate Collaborative facilitated a dialogue on Evaluation Leadership at the 2008 AEA conference. Subsequently, two local affiliates piloted the use of the World Cafe methodology to facilitate an on-line dialogue using technology in partnership with their state's extension education offices. Members of both state's local affiliates reviewed and reflected on the findings about leadership development and evaluation leadership in particular and identified potential areas for continuing collaboration. This session will present findings from these conversations and facilitate a third stage dialogue among participants to identify ways to build and sustain connections for evaluation leadership among two or more affiliates in their region. In particular, evaluation advocacy, professional development, and collaboration will be explored as possible areas for building and sustaining these connections. |
