| Abstract: This session will provide a forum for evaluation managers to discuss their tactics for managing evaluations with less resources. In addition, the session will address any opportunities that may be present in lean economic times which produces heightened concern about fiscal and program accountability. In other words, how do we do more with less? Break-out topics will include: training, cost effective data collection options, and opportunities for marketing the benefits of evaluation. |
