| Abstract:
If evaluation technologies are designed and built to simultaneously support project management activities, both endeavors can be synergistic, improving the ease with which evaluation data is collected and its subsequent quality, while at the same time supporting project management. The presenters will describe how to plan for and develop such synergistic technologies. The presenters will also demonstrate web-based data management system that was developed by the presenters' evaluation firm and serves as a technology platform offering a variety of tools that are customized for different evaluation projects and clients. The technologies to be discussed and demonstrated include: coaching/professional development log, customizable website builder, blog, business plan templates, on-line implementation checklists, electronic platform for developing and revising school improvement plans, assessment and survey tool, platform for state standards and associated lesson bank, curriculum platform, event and training registration, internal e-mail and notification system, customizable and automated reports with informative charts.
