Abstract: The demonstration will begin with a description of the purpose of RAP in the context of different types of evaluation. An overview will include how RAPS are designed: defining the narrow/broad goal of a RAP, the design decisions (who to interview; question development; stakeholder involvement); implementation (training; team deployment) and analytical strategies. Examples will be drawn from the author's experience in conducting RAP in a smoking cessation project in the Dominican Republic and a cardiovascular health project in Grenada. Dozier AM, et al. 2006.
