Abstract: This study was to develop an evaluation system of research performance by applying the outcome mapping approach. The outcome mapping was employed in this research that consisted of three steps, i.e., 1) develop of an evaluation system of research performance by applying the outcome mapping approach, 2) evaluate the evaluation system of research performance by applying the outcome mapping approach, and 3) study an opinion of an honorable person's for an evaluation system of research performance by applying the outcome mapping approach. A case study and research and development approach were conducted at the faculty of liberal art and science, Nakhon Phanom University, Thailand. The results of this research were expected that the faculty of liberal art and science Nakhon Phanom university were able to effectively research management planning, building the capacity evaluation, and changing the research behavior, lastly, increasing the number and quality of research.
Development of a Model of Organizational Effectiveness Evaluation for Faculties of Education: An Application of Multilevel Casual Analysis

Abstract: The purposes of this research are 1) To develop an effective evaluation model for Faculty of Education of higher education in Thailand 2) To study causal factors and correlation at department level and faculty level in faculty of education effectiveness in Thailand and 3) To test invariance of a multilevel causal analysis model of faculty of education effectiveness between public universities and public autonomous universities. This model, consisted of 4 latent variables and 14 observed variables. The sample consisted of 10 universities from public universities and public autonomous universities using multistage random sampling technique. The data from 2,410 subject from 3 groups are collected by using 3 questionnaires. Mplus program are using for quantitative data analysis and content analysis are used for qualitative data analysis. The results are expected to provide the model of faculty of education effectiveness. The model should display multilevel causal correlation and give valid result.
