Abstract: Strengths-based (SB) strategies are being used in organizational development, strategic planning, evaluation, and many other contexts. This roundtable will consider and examine the possibilities for using strengths-based perspectives with personnel evaluation. Principles and practices from Appreciative Inquiry, Cognitive Coaching, Asset Mapping, Appreciative Coaching, Learning Maps and other SB approaches will frame the discussion. Examples of how to modify or create SB assessments and evaluations will be shared.
