| Abstract: Presenters at this session will share their first experience in conducting an evaluation and of a unique program implemented in a non-traditional setting on the campus of a comprehensive university. An evaluation of a program was the major assignment in their second evaluation course and with many components to be completed by the end of the course. The course was also offered by the instructor for the first time. Several factors contributed to challenges encountered by both instructor and students beginning with the trial offering of the course and most important to this conference, the context in which the evaluation was conducted. A summary of their experiences as well as lessons learned will be shared. |
