| Abstract: As Evaluation continues to develop as both a discipline and an essential process of organizational development, there is increased demand for evaluators to develop responsive and inclusive service delivery strategies. This demonstration presents approaches used to focus and frame evaluation efforts as an ongoing decision making process. Topics that will be examined include: (1) administrative coaching as a pathway to develop, interpret, and utilize evaluation products, (2) co-authorship as a tool for data analysis, and (3) web-based resources as a tool for virtual collaboration. This presentation is most appropriate for evaluation practitioners who collaborate with administrators and their staff to design, implement, sustain and utilize evaluation products. |
