| Abstract:
A social program improves, not merely because an evaluator has offered a series of findings and recommendations to a client, but because the stakeholders involved in it have been able to have a conversation about what that evaluator observed and how he or she, as an outsider, made sense of it. The challenge for an evaluator adopting a utilization focused approach, is to facilitate that conversation and one of the best ways to do this is create compeling reports that meet stakeholders where they are. The goal of this session is present practical approaches for creating reports that will have an impact on the programs they describe. Included is a discussion of multimedia report, brochure reports, blogged reports, executive summary reports, panels, etc and the tools used for creating them. Ample time will be available for questions and discussion
