| Abstract: This session will explore opportunities to incorporate video into evaluation, both as a means to complement written findings and as a cognitive elicitation technique. Drawing on the presenter's experiences in an evaluation of a teacher coaching initiative, the session will include a brief summary of the literature, exemplars of video use in evaluation, and tips for successful implementation of this method. The session content is geared toward evaluators who are considering incorporating video into their practice or have just begun to do so. |
