Abstract: Session participants will partake in an interview process to discuss their perspectives and share their experiences with regard to the AEA's Guiding Principles. Small-group dialogue will be facilitated using questions similar to the following: 1. To what extent and it what ways have you found AEA's Guiding Principles helpful in your practice? 2. In what ways, if any, do you take exception to any of the principles? 3. In what ways, if any, would you revise or modify the principles? 4. What suggestions or recommendations do you have concerning the improvement and value of the AEA Guiding Principles? The data that you provide through this Think Tank session will be collected, analyzed, and used by the GP Review Task Group to inform decisions about how to make meaningful improvements the AEA Guiding Principles. All AEA members are strongly encouraged to attend and to participate in this important process.
