| Abstract: "How well are we doing?" This is the question instructors, accrediting bodies and institutional leaders (stakeholders) want answered. Having an empirical method to answer that question is of indescribable value to each of these stakeholders. The Quality Assurance Office along with the Faculty Development Division of the US Army Command and General Staff College researched, developed, and codified eight adult learning environment best practice areas that encompass the College's philosophies of adult learning environments, critical thinking, and collaboration. This presentation demonstrates using adult learning environment best practices to triangulate data collected from all learning environments (classrooms) across the college. This effort allows the College to do Meta-analysis of its learning environments. |
