| Abstract: Participants will view cutting edge web-based technology for the evaluation of 12 grantees working collaboratively as a Network. A web-based evaluation site (or Logic Map) is built with major elements of the theory of change and a socio-gram depicting social network relationships among grantees and the collaborative strengths and weaknesses of the Network. Within this Logic Map, a Salesforce outcome measurement tool built for agencies and the Network is used regularly in their case management of families. In addition to enabling case managers to share information about participants and make referrals across grantees, the tool tracks service level outputs and changes in family wellbeing as they move from crisis, at-risk, to safe, stable, and thriving. This demonstration will show other evaluators how they can design and deploy similar tools for a group of organizations seeking to collaborate in the pursuit of a common goal. |
