| Abstract: Since AEA 2004, the Independent Consulting TIG has operated a Peer Review Process for its members. The current co-chairs of the IC TIG's Peer Review are expanding the process to include reviewing evaluation designs and data collection tools. Draft protocols were presented in a think tank at the 2010 annual meeting. Participants reviewed and provided feedback on the draft protocols. The co-chairs will present the revised frameworks, including an expanded set of protocols for reviewing different types of data collection tools (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, etc). The purpose of the think tank is to invite additional comments and also to prepare volunteers to pilot the protocols in 2012. |
