Abstract: Evaluators are often on the firing line and do not have time for consultation when an ethical dilemma arises. Brief scenarios will be presented that describe ethical challenges faced by three evaluation consultants. Participants will be asked consider if the 3 V's Framework of Values, Vantage Point, and Voice can help us strengthen our moral reasoning and hence our response to ethical issues in the field.
