| Abstract: This demonstration will offer attendants an opportunity to learn about an organizational learning and capacity building process and subsequent set of tools/resources for the integration of program areas within service organizations and funders. The system includes a series of trainings, technical assistance processes, and continuous quality improvement processes that will assist agencies performing under multiple programming areas or funders funding under multiple program areas in the daunting task of integrating. The strength of this approach is that it was designed with systems theory and therefore has a flexibility and adaptability that can translate across a variety of program areas and funding directives. Attendees will learn best practices associated with implementing the system of organizational learning and capacity building. The perspective is uniquely United Way in nature, but translates widely. |
