It shouldn't be difficult to find good to great restaurants in downtown Denver. Although many of the restaurants listed in the Restaurant Guide are considered “walkable” by the locals (less than a mile from the conference hotel), October can be chilly in Denver, so dress appropriately and consider using public transportation (including the free MallRide shuttle) to get to your destination. There are also many sidewalk cafes along the 16th Street Mall / pedestrian walkway. Many of these serve quick, inexpensive fare—perfect for grabbing lunch on the go. Denver restaurants have many healthy options, ask your server about vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menu items.Visit the comprehensive Restaurant Guide to get the taste of Denver!
Denver always has something going on wherever you may be interested in going, and new events are added to events lists daily. Rather than list all of them here, please visit these websites in the Events Guide for the most current event information
