Each candidate was asked to speak to the following questions in their address:
    - What is your vision for AEA's role as a thought leader in evaluation, and how will your leadership and service help realize that long-term future?
    - In light of today’s challenges (e.g., federal funding cuts, recent U.S. executive orders, deepening inequities, etc.), how will you guide AEA to remain relevant, resilient, and impactful in this moment if you are elected to the board?
  4. To ensure the validity of your ballot, please follow the instructions carefully. You can elect to not vote for an individual position.
