Frequently Asked Questions
I just renewed. Can I apply the promotion to my recent membership purchase?
We are not able to apply the discount for membership renewals completed prior to the promotional start date, Monday, January 24, 2022. However, we are encouraging all of our members who may have renewed prior to the launch to take advantage of this discount for your 2023 membership. Please let us know if you would like for us to generate you an invoice for next year’s renewal to take advantage of the 20% discount, extending your membership into 2024. Since this promotion will be active from now until Monday, February 28, 2022, you will have until then to make the payment to lock in your discounted price.
How do I change my membership type when I renew?
I have a membership that doesn’t end until next year and I do not see the renewal button on my profile. Can I still take advantage of the discount?
You certainly can! If this is the case, please contact us at info@eval.org so that we can generate a new membership invoice for you with the discount applied.
Can I pay over the phone?
We are not able to take payment information over the phone or via email. You would need to either send a payment via check to our lockbox, or submit payment online through your AEA profile. Please let us know if we can assist you further with this. Lockbox address: P.O. Box 423391, Washington, DC 20042-3391
How do I purchase student membership?
In order to generate an invoice for student membership, the system requires that you upload proof of enrollment. A student ID, transcript, current class schedule, or similar document will suffice. If you would like, you can send us whichever document you plan on uploading and we can activate student access for you, generate your invoice, and have it sent to you.
My employer requires a W-9 tax form for dues payments. How can I obtain that?
Please reach out to us at info@eval.org so that we can provide you our most recently signed W-9 form.
